Pat of Big Lake contacted our office late in the summer after his open-style gutter system was damaged by hail storms. Concerned with their functionality, he was looking for replacement estimates. Because we had past files of work done for Pat, Jason, our owner, was able to draw up proposals from right in the office. 

Jason offered Pat a replacement of RainProXL, our premium open-style gutter, as well as for our flagship Gutter Shutter. Pat's house required 255 feet of gutter split between 17 individual pieces. Most of these pieces would be interconnected around the rooflines, seamed together around corners with miters. A further 100 feet of downspouts would be necessary for getting water off the roof and away from the house's foundation.

Peggy of Big Lake experienced hail damage to her existing hooded gutter system, roof, and siding. We were able to offer a full replacement with Gutter Shutter that met the like-for-like insurance terms, providing Peggy with a fully covered gutter upgrade. The house was drawn up as a fully interconnected system, bringing 9 pieces of gutter across 125 feet that drain into two well-placed downspouts. A detached garage only required two runs, one per side, with a downspout on each. This would replace all of the damaged gutters with our new system.

After the install, Peggy noticed that one piece of gutter sat just low enough to be slightly scraped by her door as it opened. Our install crew made another trip to the home and replaced the gutter, seating it a bit higher and ensuring the flow was maintained. Your satisfaction is our priority!

The ranch-style home needed a single 58 foot run for the back and two run split around a porch on the front. Kevin offered John the option for tip-up downspout extensions, making it very easy to move them for lawn maintenance. The solid hood design for Gutter Shutter was also selected due to the nearby trees and relatively shallow pitch of the roof.
