Metal Roofs with Standard Gutters
Challenge
Winter in the spring usually equates to wet heavy snow. Here in Minnesota, we have had above normal weather for most of the winter. Late March we received 8-10 inches or more of snow. This snow fell in about a day and a half, it is a wet heavy hard to move snow. The days following the snow were sunny blue sky warm temp days. This change in weather caused a lot of water and shifting snow, pair this with a metal roof. That snow comes off with a lot of force and weight. With standard gutters, this can be a challenge. Standard gutters have a lightweight flimsy bracket, thinnest aluminum on the gutter market, paired with a heavy wet snow.
Solution
The Gutter Shutter System is a robust gutter system that can stand up to this heavy wet snow. We use a patented Gutter Stud Bracket paired with the strongest aluminum in the gutter industry, strong cover system. All aspects of the system are designed to work together to provided the strongest, clog free system on the market always allowing the water to flow away from the foundation.
The Gutter Shutter System is impressive, let’s break down.
-
Patented Gutter Stud Bracket: This innovative bracket securely hangs onto the face of the gutter, ensuring stability. By anchoring it to the fascia board with two 3-inch wood screws, it maintains structural support even during heavy snow loads.
-
Heavy-Duty Aluminum: The system utilizes the strongest aluminum available in the gutter industry, boasting a gauge of 0.032. This durable material can withstand the elements and provide long-lasting performance.
-
Clog-Free Design: Every aspect of the Gutter Shutter System is meticulously designed to work together seamlessly. The result? A reliable, clog-free gutter system that stands out in the market.
Whether it’s rain, snow, or debris, this system seems well-prepared to handle it all. Kudos to the engineering behind it!
